Our tracking disclosure details exact browser storage keys and consent boundaries.
Budi Dive runs an audited inventory of local storage keys and browser cookies. We do not drop unsolicited tracking tokens or persist unapproved marketing scripts.
1. Effective Date & Document Governance
This tracking disclosure took effect on October 16, 2026. It applies across all services hosted under the budi-dive.shop domain, including our technical equipment catalog, diving course manifests, and inquiry forms. We review storage keys whenever new dispatch integrations or advertising campaigns deploy.
2. Storage Categories & Functional Purpose
We categorize browser data into three operational buckets:
Strictly Necessary
Essential for basic site functionality, CSRF tokens, anti-spam form protections (agency and website fields), and persisting your cookie preference state via site_consent_v2. They cannot be turned off.
Performance & Support
Powers our asynchronous support dispatch chat (seba27d.php), storing your session token in localStorage so you do not lose conversation history when switching pages between course specs.
Advertising & Attribution
Captures campaign attribution parameters like gclid, msclkid, and fbclid when visitors arrive via paid advertising campaigns. Blocked by default until explicit consent is recorded.
3. Complete Storage & Cookie Inventory
The table below reflects our exact client-side storage footprint. We do not set third-party cross-site trackers without explicit user approval.
| Identifier / Key | Origin / Entity | Storage Mechanism | Purpose & Payload | Expiration Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| site_consent_v2 | budi-dive.shop (First-party) | localStorage | Stores your choice regarding optional analytics and ad telemetry (granted or denied). | 12 months |
| budi_chat_token | budi-dive.shop (First-party) | localStorage | Unique session token enabling continuity on the dispatch chat console (seba27d.php). | 12 months |
| _gcl_au | Google LLC / google ads | HTTP Cookie | Conversion linker token measuring ad engagement. Only injected when ad_storage is granted. | 90 days |
| _uetmsclkid | Microsoft Advertising | HTTP Cookie / Storage | Bing click identification token matching msclkid. Only active when consent is granted. | 90 days |
| _fbp | Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd | HTTP Cookie | Meta pixel conversion measurement corresponding to fbclid. Blocked until granted. | 90 days |
| PHPSESSID | budi-dive.shop (First-party) | HTTP Cookie | Stateless security token used during form submission validation and bot filtering. | Session end |
4. Advertising Platforms & Click Identifiers
Budi Dive manages active digital advertising programs. When searchers in Tampa or visiting divers click our advertisements, incoming destination URLs contain platform-specific tracking parameters:
- Google Ads: Appends the
gclid(Google Click Identifier) query parameter to destination links for campaign performance attribution. - Microsoft Advertising: Appends the
msclkid(Microsoft Click Identifier) query parameter for Bing and partner retail network tracking. - Meta Ads: Appends the
fbclid(Facebook Click Identifier) query parameter when users navigate from promotional placements.
Our client scripts inspect these query parameters only after verifying that your consent state permits marketing cookies. If consent is absent or denied, ad telemetry scripts remain inert.
5. Consent Mode v2 Architecture
Our site strictly implements Google consent mode v2. Before any tag executes, the browser executes our baseline configuration script:
gtag('consent', 'default', {
'ad_storage': 'denied',
'ad_user_data': 'denied',
'ad_personalization': 'denied',
'analytics_storage': 'denied'
});
These four signals—ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization, and analytics_storage—remain in the 'denied' state throughout your session unless you select the Accept button in our footer banner. If you choose Decline or withdraw consent later, all four keys are instantly returned to 'denied', instructing ad networks to purge temporary state.
6. Giving & Changing Consent Choices
When you first enter budi-dive.shop, an unobtrusive banner at the bottom of the viewport asks for your permission. You have two clear options: Accept or Decline.
To modify or revoke your past selection right now, click the button below:
Triggering this prompt allows you to toggle marketing storage off immediately. The change takes effect without requiring a page refresh.
7. What Happens When You Decline
We do not operate a cookie wall. If you decline storage:
- You can browse all NAUI course curriculums, pricing tables, and Florida dive trip rosters freely.
- You can submit gear rental and certification inquiries via mifufad.php without restriction.
- The dispatch support chat console (seba27d.php) continues to function in your current tab.
- Only ad network conversion matching (gclid, msclkid, fbclid) and long-term marketing telemetry are blocked.
8. Platform Privacy Documents
To inspect how our advertising and cloud partners handle diagnostic telemetry under their respective corporate standards, consult their official disclosures directly:
- Google Advertising: Review Google's Privacy & Terms at policies.google.com.
